Gaya

At the fish kushi tavern Gaya at the Chikusa ward of Nagoya. Very nice and pleasant izakaya, but for a gaijin impossible to order  ...

But thanks to the decisive guidance of local friend (and colleague) Shinobu, we get both food and excellent sake ..

Fried fugu tails; fugu can be lethally poisonous due to its tetrodotoxin - therefore, it must be carefully prepared to remove toxic parts and to avoid contaminating the meat.
